1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Docpulse ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Docpulse platform, including all associated websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Docpulse provides an AI-powered health information platform that allows users to:
- Upload and receive AI-assisted analysis of medical reports and documents.
- Log and track personal health metrics over time.
- Manage medical records, medications, and appointment information.
- Interact with an AI health assistant for general or personalised health information.
- Schedule and manage appointments with healthcare providers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Important: Docpulse is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or licensed medical professional. The Service is intended for informational purposes only.
Nothing on the Docpulse platform constitutes or should be construed as:
- Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- A substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, clinician, or other licensed healthcare professional.
- A recommendation to start, stop, or change any medication or treatment.
- A guarantee of any health outcome.
AI-generated responses are based on general health information and, in Personal mode, your self-reported health profile. AI systems can make errors and may not account for your full medical history, contraindications, or individual circumstances. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions.
In an emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. Do not use Docpulse for urgent or emergency medical situations.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the Service are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Docpulse operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that territory.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
